Jackson, California (formerly, Botilleas, Botilleas Spring, Bottileas, Bottle Spring, and Botellas) is a city in and the county seat of Amador County, California. The population was 4,651 at the 2010 census, up from 3,989 at the 2000 census. The city is accessible by both State Route 49 and State Route 88. Jackson, named after Colonel Alden Jackson, was founded in 1848 around a year-round spring. Settlement of the region by American pioneers was stimulated by the discovery of gold in the Sierra foothills around 1848. The settlement was named for a local lawyer who was liked by miners named Alden Appola Moore Jackson. Although Amador County was an important mining center, its county seat of Jackson was not typical of the early gold camps.

I called SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties per recommendation of my insurance company on October 17, 2020 after my washer overflowed (5 hours) upstairs causing a lot of damage to both up & down stairs.
Connie, the Amador/Calaveras SERVPRO manager was quick to respond and had Sonja and her assistant there as quickly as they could get to Jackson.
Sonja (& her assistant) were professional and were quick to stop any further damage. She explained all procedures and what would come next. She came each day for the next 5-7 days to continue the process. On the final day two gentlemen came to remove the rest of the drying equipment, Both as equally professional and efficient as the rest.
Sonja is very knowledgeable in what she is doing. She took the time to explain things to me and made herself available to me by phone as well.
Connie not only handled the office, Dispatch and financial end of this but also was available completely to answer questions and speak with several insurance agents from at least 3 different states. She coordinated everything including my repairs.
I would definitely recommend the SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties especially Connie and Sonja leading their teams. This was a devastating experience and they helped get the flood under control and helped me with every aspect! 5+ stars each!
