I was blessed to have this company come !! They came from out of state to help with a severe storm that ravaged my area. I had major water damage due to not having power for 4 days . Yesterday I reached out to SERVPRO for some help . I was assisted by Dillon, who was an extremely competent listener, and though the party that I needed to speak with, wasn’t there at the time, he took a message, and promised that I would hear from someone soon. Well, I’m not only heard from someone soon, but it was the boss, Collin. So Dillon’s follow-thru gets a * 10/10*. Colin was tremendously helpful as well. This is not my first rodeo with Servpro. They are extremely competent service providers and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.!
