"Dear SERVPRO of Appleton, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the tremendous experience I had with your staff.....Actually I experienced 2 crises in a 4 month period.....My second flood occurred 5 weeks before my son's wedding which was due to take place in my home. This time the damage was so severe it required extensive renovation of my main floor as well as basement ceiling and floors.....Your staff (headed up by Joyce for the demo/remediation and Deb Solway for the rebuild) are phenomenal. They both were very respectful of my home, my belongings, my timeline, my questions as well as my fears and worries. They brought in a large crew and the demo/remediation was resolved in a week. Joyce checked on the progress daily in person and by phone.
