We offer Restoration, Cleaning and Construction Service

Little Chute is a village in Outagamie County directly east of Appleton along the Fox River.  Like almost all of the Fox Valley and surrounding areas its heritage can be traced back to Native Americans and French settlers who engaged in the fur trade.  The French explorers called it “Le Petite Chute”, Little Chute.  But what sets Little Chute apart from other areas in the Fox Valley is the Dutch immigrants led by Father Theodore J. Van Den Broek.

Father Theodore J. Van Den Broek was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands in June 1784 to wealthy parents.  He was highly educated and fluent in six languages.  He was ordained a Catholic priest in 1808. In 1832 he went to America to become a missionary.  After about two years in Cincinnati, Ohio, he went to Green Bay, Wisconsin where he met the Gringnon family.  The Gringnon family was a prominent family in the early development of Kaukauna.  It is likely Father Van Den Broek’s connection to the Grignon family is what prompted him to settle in the Little Chute area.  He quickly began writing letters about the area to groups in the Netherlands.  His letters were published in a Roman Catholic paper. He spoke of, “the land at La Petite Chute and employment opportunities associated with the Fox River Canal, which included free passage to America for workers.  The results were immediate and, by 1848, three wooden sailing vessels called ‘barks’ or ‘barque’ (small three-masted sailing ships) the Libra, the Maria Magdalena and the America,[15] had been booked for passage to the east coast of the United States. Approximate 918 Dutch Catholic immigrants were on the three boats.”

Today, many of the residents of the Fox Valley area can trace their ancestry back to these early Dutch immigrants.  “Little Chute has a full-scale authentic working Dutch windmill operated by Little Chute Windmill, a non-profit organization. The Little Chute Windmill and Van Asten Visitor Center, completed in 2013, serves as a museum and tourist attraction that promotes the history and Dutch heritage of the community.” For more visit:  Little Chute Windmill |

I was blessed to have this company come !! They came from out of state to help with a severe storm that ravaged my area. I had major water damage due to not having power for 4 days . My sump pump overflowed and my lower level was a total loss! They truly helped with MAJOR clean out and were great to answer any questions! I highly recommend this company!

As the owner of Timber Trio LLC, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Justine Dunk and the SERVPRO team on multiple reconstruction projects, and the experience has been outstanding every time. Justine is one of the best reconstruction project managers I’ve worked with. She builds strong relationships with her contractors, communicates clearly, stays organized, and keeps projects moving efficiently from start to finish. She treats her subcontractors with professionalism and respect, making it easy for everyone to work together toward the same goal—delivering a quality finished product for the customer. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to coordinate schedules, materials, and inspections help ensure projects stay on track while maintaining high standards. Those qualities create a positive working environment and ultimately benefit the homeowners we serve. SERVPRO is fortunate to have someone like Justine leading their reconstruction projects. Timber Trio LLC appreciates the opportunity to partner with her, and we look forward to working together on many more projects in the future. I highly recommend SERVPRO and Justine Dunk to anyone needing restoration and reconstruction services.

Yesterday I reached out to SERVPRO for some help . I was assisted by Dillon, who was an extremely competent listener, and though the party that I needed to speak with, wasn’t there at the time, he took a message, and promised that I would hear from someone soon. Well, I’m not only heard from someone soon, but it was the boss, Collin. So Dillon’s follow-thru gets a * 10/10*. Colin was tremendously helpful as well. This is not my first rodeo with Servpro. They are extremely competent service providers and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.!

We had a pipe burst and flood the entire house…… mini disaster. Servpro responded immediately, the house had to be taken down to the studs and have a complete overhaul. Glen and Justine and Junelle(insurance) were absolutely amazing. The communication was over the top. It did not matter what time of day I contacted them they answered my concerns immediately. I highly recommend this company for anything you may need done. So the home was completely redone from electrical, plumbing to the finishing touches and it turned out great. Thank you all, I could not have done this with such ease myself.

We cannot recommend this company highly enough! Dealing with water damage is incredibly stressful, but from our very first conversation, ServPro employees showed sincere empathy for our situation and immediately put us at ease. They were always friendly and highly responsive to every message and question we had along the way. We were on a tight timeline with company arriving for Memorial Day weekend, and ServPro treated our deadline with a true sense of urgency. They stayed completely on top of the schedule and showed incredible flexibility. Throughout the entire process, they instilled total confidence. We felt completely reassured that they were doing everything in their power to get the job done right and on schedule. If you want someone who pairs expert work with elite communication and genuine care, I'd highly recommend ServPro!

Justine (heading the remodeling) has been great. she said 3 ti 4 months to do so and i believe they will finish in 2 and half months. she as been helping to get what we need in out remodeling. Also Jamie also been great getting box's back of cleaned items early so we can go through them. Since I left my review, the owner and a top manager called me and apologies to me and said they would make sure they would have some teams there five days a week. and that's how it has been since... they are doing a great job. I have been having one problem after another with Collin. He only gives my house "which had a fire" only about 1 and a half days a week on the demo part. now the cleaning and sealing he told me that will take about 11 days. At the pace he has been going it will take 2 months but if they worked on it 5 days a week, they would be done in 2 weeks. I would love to get back into my house. He has people driving around from one job to another that they spend more time driving than working on a home. be very careful about selecting Serv Pro. Even though the insurance co. is paying for it. I found out they are very expensive. Here is something I found. SERVPRO has received numerous complaints regarding billing, service delays, property damage, and customer service issues, though some customers report positive experiences. Common Complaints Billing and Overcharging: Many customers report unexpected or inflated charges, including bills exceeding insurance coverage or quoted estimates. Some complaints mention double billing, hidden fees, or charges for services not requested or performed (BBB, ConsumerAffairs, ComplaintsBoard). Better Business Bureau +2 Service Delays and Scheduling Issues: Several reviews highlight delays in completing restoration or reconstruction work, sometimes extending months beyond initial estimates. Customers report poor communication regarding scheduling and project timelines, leaving them frustrated during emergency situations (ConsumerAffairs, Trustpilot).

Had an inspection after the recent flooding, had water in our basement for the first time since the home was built in 1982. I had removed the carpeting, pad and any water damaged material from the basement and had used fans and a commercial dehumidifier to dry things out but wanted an experts evaluation of what else may be needed. Drew did a thorough visual inspection, took moisture readings and checked the humidity readings, he then gave me a detailed plan on what I should do to finish the cleanup. TopNotch Drew Willams !
