Servpro has been a dream all-round with communication and scheduling. I recommend their services to those in need when the stressful and unexpected issues arise. Hats off!

Deontae and Jahmad did such an awesome job!!! They called when enroute, were extremely professional and detail oriented!!! They explained the entire process of what would be occurring and stayed late to ensure the emergency repairs were handled efficiently before the next crew came back in the morning! Would highly recommend ServPro VAB, but more importantly, Deontae and Jahmad.

Erica Viola

Discovering water damage in your home can be incredibly stressful, but Mr. Duane Dickerson took all that stress away and was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. As the Operations Manager for Servpro of Virginia Beach, Mr. Dickerson arrived on-site quickly, instantly assessed the flooding, and put a clear mitigation plan into action. What stood out most was how incredibly respectful and knowledgeable Mr. Dickerson was. His exceptional project management skills kept the job moving efficiently, ensuring his crew stayed on schedule while treating our home with the utmost care. He answered all of our technical questions with ease, clearly explained the drying process, and even handled the complicated coordination with our insurance company to save us a massive headache. His leadership skills, polite crew, and constant communication made a huge impact in getting our home dried out and on track for the repair process. If you ever face a water emergency, I highly recommend Servpro of Virginia Beach ask for Mr. Dickerson!!!
