Our home was flooded with rainwater runoff at around 2:30 am on July 16, 2026. During the next several days, through contacts through Kerr Together, we met various assistance groups that helped us with cleaning supplies and further assistance contacts. A crew with the LDS Church helped by trimming out wet wallboard, baseboards and insulation, and helped with clearing flood debris from our yard. A crew from Casa Bonita cleaning services did a great job eemoving silt residue and using disinfectant cleaning techniques that put the inside back into a level of order. We met another person we thought would be a great help, when he set up a bunch of high-powered, industrial -grade dehumidifiers and fans up in the house. We vacated for a few nights while these machines ran non-stop for about 2-½ days. When we got back, the house was very, very dry. But for whatever reason, this person just kind of vanished, and though we tried several times, we couldn’t get in touch again. I began making some repairs on my own, by replacing insulation that had been damaged. But I realized that I couldn’t complete the whole job in any reasonable amount of time. We looked for other options, and got ServPro’s card at the Chamber of Commerce. Best thing ever! From the first call, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy, and when the repair crews came, they already had work plans coordinated and wasted no time getting down to business. Pricing was fair, estimate and payment draws were fully itemized, with everything in writing. From start to finish, everything was done in about a week: repaired sheetrock, taping, bedding, texturing and painting, and replacing baseboards and painting them, too. Great job as well! Just like their slogan says, “Like it never happened!” If I ever need anything like this again, ServPro will be my FIRST call!
I had a short in the porch lights and outlet. Another company told me I needed to run a whole new line. I called Rescue Rooter, they sent Stanley over and he started troubleshooting it and found that it was just a faulty light switch. He fixed it in no time saving me thousands. He was very professional and a joy to talk to. I recommend them to everyone having electrical issues. Thank you guys and especially Stanley.

After the 3rd day and night of rain, 2 rooms plus the garage flooded. I called ServPro in the morning and they were there before noon even though they whole city was a mess. They were all very efficient and friendly. They removed the carpets, cut out the wet drywall and insulation spayed a mold preventative, brought in fans and dehumidifiers. When everything was dry the restoration crew restored everything to its original condition. They were amazing. Everyone was so skilled.

After a recent flooding event ServePro has been absolutely amazing. The arrived at my home at 3am to remove standing water and have been great throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them if needed and although they are great let's hope I don't need them again but would absolutely call them in a flash.
