Sherwood is an unincorporated community in Franklin County at the north end of Crow Creek Valley. The population of the community is just under 600 residents. Sherwood is named after Charles D. Sherwood, a lieutenant governor of Minnesota during the Civil War.
Sherwood is the only known home to a threatened snail species called the painted snake-coiled forest snail. The snail was first discovered in 1906 and placed on the threatened species list in 1978. If snails aren't your thing, take a visit to the Epiphany Episcopal Mission. It was originally built in 1902, replaced in 1928, burned in 1960 and rebuilt in 1967. The ruins still stand are a site to see.

I had some water damage in my basement due to local flooding. Local SERVPRO crews were too busy to handle all the calls, so the Manchester Tennessee team was dispatched to my call. They were so easy to work with. They removed the wet carpet and drywall quickly and cleanly. The fans and dehumidifier got my basement completely dry again. I was never apprehensive about the security of my home; I put my complete trust in them. They are all Godsends to me! My heartfelt gratitude to you all!
Amazing Company! Our home had a skunk to die under our Hvac unit and it contaminated the inside of our home. We had to stayed in a hotel while SERVPRO took over. I never would have thought the smelled could be removed from our furniture , mattress , clothes, etc .. But SERVPRO took care of it within a week ! It makes me want to work for them !! Great job !
We had three rooms of carpet cleaned at a rental property- the crew that did the cleaning was great! When we called Lisa to schedule- she was helpful and friendly and helped us find a date that would work! Thanks
