In January 2017, my lake house flooded when the water heater burst at the top pumping approximately 60,000 gallons of water throughout my four bedroom home. I live 1 1/2 hours from there and was at work trying to talk to insurance companies and handle the situation. I felt totally helpless. My insurance carrier recommended SERVPRO and gave me their number. I was told that the crew that worked in my area was at the local hospital dealing with a flooding situation, but they would go to my home as soon as they finished. Within two hours, they were at my home and began the process of packing up my entire house, carefully labeling and boxing up all of my belongings, and ordered a storage unit to hold everything until the remodeling was complete. When I received the call from my "SERVPRO Angel, Sue," I was able to feel calm about what had happened. I didn't have to worry about anything once SERVPRO was on the job. I knew I was in good hands. With the remodeling complete, it was time to move back in. I had no idea my contract with SERVPRO included moving me back into the house. What a relief! It has been a long journey that has been made tolerable thanks to SERVPRO and their incredibly dedicated, hard working, caring staff. They truly care and I would highly recommend them.

In January, we had a bathroom pipe burst & flooded half of our clinic. While the crisis was still occurring, I called SERVPRO who sent a team within minutes to begin the clean-up process. In less than an hour, they had vacuumed up all water & had set up numerous blowers to dry the carpet. The event occurred on Thursday & our clinic was reopening to see patients Tuesday. The effected area was completely dried & back to normal by Sunday afternoon. I would use them again in a heart beat!
I had some water damage in my basement due to local flooding. Local SERVPRO crews were too busy to handle all the calls, so the Manchester Tennessee team was dispatched to my call. They were so easy to work with. They removed the wet carpet and drywall quickly and cleanly. The fans and dehumidifier got my basement completely dry again. The team was very professional and thoughtful. And I couldn't get enough of the beautiful southern accents.

I had a water loss due to a burst washing machine hose on June 27. My insurance adjuster recommended SERVPRO of Coffee/Franklin/Warren counties for the clean up. Rose Chandler, Dwayne Simmons, Melissa Burnett, Michael Conklin and Scott White became my friends and rescuers; I was at their mercy because I had no idea what to do or when to do it. We had water damage due to a pin hole leak in the ice maker hose on our refrigerator one week before Christmas. Evidence showed it had probably been leaking for 6 to 8 weeks without us knowing.
