I had a biohazard carpet tear out in a bedroom. All of the bedroom carpet and padding needed to be torn up and disposed of properly. Tracy and Jennifer were the technicians sent to do the job. They were fantastic! They explained what they had to do, put on their PPE, then worked together to get it done. Worried about contamination in the room, I asked if they would pull up the carpet strips too. Jennifer checked the truck and said they had the tool to do it and did that for me also. They sanitized the room when they were done. ServPro of Geauga county was wonderful to work with from the first phone call to the completion of the job. I highly recommend them.

Tracy and her team were outstanding! We called around 8 pm because of our ice dam and they arrived just after 9pm and started drying out our den. They came several more times and were efficient and meticulous in their clean-up process. We would use them again in a heartbeat!
