I had a biohazard carpet tear out in a bedroom. All of the bedroom carpet and padding needed to be torn up and disposed of properly. Tracy and Jennifer were the technicians sent to do the job. They were fantastic! They explained what they had to do, put on their PPE, then worked together to get it done. Worried about contamination in the room, I asked if they would pull up the carpet strips too. Jennifer checked the truck and said they had the tool to do it and did that for me also. Fantastic response, communication and service. We had a small issue in our basement that was not noticed and created quite a problem. We contacted ServePro on a Sunday evening. They responded that night, arrived at our home on time with two vans filled with equipment the next morning. The issue was fixed in hours. Within one week their commercial dehydration units were removed. And construction inside shortly after. I would highly recommend using them if an issue presented itself.
