They were fantastic! They explained what they had to do, put on their PPE, then worked together to get it done. Worried about contamination in the room, I asked if they would pull up the carpet strips too. Jennifer checked the truck and said they had the tool to do it and did that for me also. They responded that night, arrived at our home on time with two vans filled with equipment the next morning. The issue was fixed in hours.
