Fairview Park, OH is a city in Cuyahoga County, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. The Fairview Park area was originally called Fairview until it was changed in 1948. After World War II, Fairview Park started booming. When Fairview Shopping Center opened on Lorain Road in 1947, the village began to attract former Cleveland residents. As the village's population grew to 9,234 in 1950, it became the City of Fairview Park. The first city charter was adopted in November 1958. Lorain Rd is still the most popular road that runs through the Fairview Park neighborhood. This road is filled with a multitude of restaurants, businesses, hotels, and shops. The Cleveland Metroparks along with the Big Met Golf Course both lay alongside Fairview Park, which are both beautiful areas to check out! Another popular park in the area is Bain Park. Outstanding response, outstanding customer service, everything you could ask for in a home emergency situation. We had a high pressure pipe burst in our basement, soaking a large storage shelf area and leaving 1"-2" of standing water in half the finished basement. SERVPRO of the North Coast was our second call (after a plumber!) and they were here with a full crew in a little over an hour. They went right to work and stayed with it until the standing water was gone and water-damaged items were inspected and removed to their truck. Dehumidifiers and fans were installed throughout the basement and over the next five days (weekend included!) they came and checked the basement and made necessary adjustments. We can't say enough about the SERVPRO crew members that came to our rescue---prompt, polite, hard working and knowledgeable. A great company with great folks. Thanks!
