I had a great experience with Chris and Samantha from SERVPRO, who came to move my furniture back and reconnect my washer and dryer. They went above and beyond—cleaning the laundry room floor by sweeping and mopping before putting anything back. They were extremely careful with my home, even placing the disassembled cabinet on moving blankets to protect the brand-new tile. Chris and Samantha also wore booties the entire time to avoid tracking in dirt, which I really appreciated. Both were respectful, pleasant, and very easy to work with. They were even so kind to my dog, giving her lots of pets and attention despite her constantly getting in their way. Overall, truly excellent service—professional, thoughtful, and attentive to detail. Highly recommend

Since 1977, SERVPRO of the Southern Lorain County and Northwest Cuyahoga County has operations in Elyria, Cuyahoga County and North Olmsted in Ohio. In its first year, the business started with one employee and one truck. From 1981 to 1984, SERVPRO of Southern Lorain County and Northwest Cuyahoga County became the largest SERVPRO franchise in the county and continued to grow to become one of the premier restoration companies in Northeast Ohio.

In 2018,  SERVPRO of the Southern Lorain County and Northwest Cuyahoga County was purchased by the current ownership group consisting of Michael Spence, Kenneth Parker, Ronnie Pack, Daniel Russell, and Nate Hinders. Since the purchase of the business, we have more than tripled annual revenues and become one of the leading Disaster Restoration Companies in the state of Ohio.
