I would also be remiss if I did not acknowledge Gil Ortiz who was very thorough and helpful, and the team that was onsite that did the cleaning (unfortunately I don’t recall these names but hopefully you can reference internally). They were all also very professional and provided superior service. While I hope not to have another disaster I would highly recommend Wanda and SERVPRO to family and friends.

As a property manager, there are a lot of people of moving parts and a lot of people to work with when it comes to remedying damage from water.
