While I was familiar with SERVPRO’s services a friend suggested I call Wanda directly to ensure a team was expedited quickly and efficiently. My experience with Wanda was nothing less than exceptional. I was in a total state of panic, Wanda was calm but had a strong sense of urgency while being extremely compassionate. She gave direction on what I needed to do with my insurance company, and recommended a septic service provider because the plumber was not resolving the issue. She had her contact reach out to me immediately, had him onsite resolving the issue all within a couple of hours. She stayed in contact with me throughout to ensure we didn’t need anything else, and made sure the SERVPRO team was deployed as soon as we were ready. It was an extremely stressful situation for many reasons and Wanda made me feel totally supported. As an account management/customer service professional I truly value and recognize when someone goes above and beyond. I would also be remiss if I did not acknowledge Gil Ortiz who was very thorough and helpful, and the team that was onsite that did the cleaning (unfortunately I don’t recall these names but hopefully you can reference internally).
