SERVPRO lived up to their reputation! We had an unusual situation, loose cellulose insulation sprayed about a garage apartment. Melody handled the initial call professionally and double checked to be sure how they would handle the situation. She called back to assure me SERVPRO could help and I would be hearing from the owner. I got a call and was then put in touch with Shane who was on his way with a Hepa Filter/negative air machine within hours of my call. He came with Danielle to assess the job and they were able to take measurements of the room and we scheduled a clean up session. Danielle and Fernando arrived Thursday on time. Danielle had done research the night before about the substances and assured me she had the proper equipment to clean our space and surfaces. She was meticulous and thoughtful. She asked me before touching delicate fabrics or paintings and showed me results along the way. Fernando climbed ladders to reach the marks left behind on the walls and went the extra mile to move large pieces of furniture to clean behind them. They cared that this was where our grandchildren slept, they were thoughtful about my fear of lingering residue and the dangers, they worked hard for hours to do it right!
