SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids did an amazing job. Not only was Stephen extremely friendly, professional, and prompt, the same can be said for the rest of the team that responded to my house. :) I had an emergency situation where my basement was flooded by an intense rainstorm. After searching for moisture levels in every nook and corner of my basement, they brought industrial fans and a dehumidifier to dry the damaged areas. Again, I cannot reiterate how friendly and helpful the team was!!
