The entire SERVPRO team went above and beyond to work with us on remediation of mold in our house. Chris met us at least 4 times to discuss the process and plan - which was extensive. He answered every question quickly and thoroughly and made us feel like we were in good hands. And we were! Austin, the project manager, and his team (some of whom were Tom, Corey, Roy, Brittany, Justin and Joe) were extraordinarily professional, courteous and hard-working. I felt like SERVPRO and their team were personally invested in making sure our house was completely remediated as quickly as possible. I wish every service vendor was like this team of people. When you need SERVPRO, things are not going well so to find people who are empathetic and responsive is like a dream. With their hard work (and it was hard work!) all areas of our house passed the clearance testing on the first retest which is amazing. We can rest easy knowing our house is probably the cleanest of anyone we know now! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The SERVPRO team came out cleaned the duct work to our home and they did an excellent job. The team showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and followed through professionally and courteously. All of the registers were cleaned and everything was put back in place. Would recommend them to everyone.

We had a small fire in our body shop. Austin Smith with SERVPRO came out to inspect the damages and explained what the process would be to get out shop back in working order as far as the cleaning. Austin was very professional in explaining the process and advised me he would need a week to the tear out and do the cleaning. Austin was a man of his word and him and his crew worked after hours to get it all done while trying not to disrupt our daily business. The crew that was here were all very polite and professional and had it all cleaned within the time frame initially stated. I was very pleased with the progress I saw every morning when I walked into the shop. Everything looks awesome and our shop is cleaner than it has been in years. We had several years of built up dust in the rafters and walls and it is all clean now. I will recommend Austin and SERVPRO to everyone I see. They are a very professional company and made the process painless.
