I had a water leak at my house and the damage was quite extensive. ServPro came to my house within two hours of notification at 7 pm and got to work right away. Seth, Richie, Dante, and Shelby are responsible, thorough, and responsive. They began the drying process immediately when they arrived at my house and stayed till midnight. After that, they came back daily to make sure the drying process was progressing properly. I enjoyed working with them. The lead Seth knew what he was doing and it was a great relief to have someone like him taking charge of the project. I would also like to commend the reconstruction manager Noah for staying in touch, coordinating with my insurance, and informative about the entire remediation, reconstruction, and insurance process. Noah and the remediation team work seamlessly as a team

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. When I was told that a different SERVPRO team would be taking over, I did not have very high expectations because I had already been through so much with a local SERVPRO. I will admit that I was a little rude at first because of everything I had experienced. But then I walked into my home and saw Maykol, who welcomed me into my own house with a big smile. We talked for a little while, and the first thing he said to me was, “I am so sorry for what you are going through.” Those words may sound simple, but they meant so much to me because he was the only person who had said that to me after almost three months of being out of my home because of a fire. Then I met Dylan, who also welcomed me with a smile — honestly, one of the most beautiful smiles I have ever seen. He introduced himself in such a kind and professional way. I explained to him the bad experiences I had been through, and he told me that he had come all the way from Charlotte to Charleston just to make sure my home was ready for repairs. Dylan took the time to walk through every room with me and explain every step in such detail, almost like a patient teacher explaining something to a child. He answered every single question I had with so much patience and care. After almost three months dealing with the previous SERVPRO team, where no one even took the time to come to my home and introduce themselves and everything was handled only by email, this was completely different. I truly felt bad for judging the whole company because there are exceptional people like Dylan, Maykol, Stefani, Made, John, and Carlos. They were truly angels sent from heaven. Everyone should learn from Dylan. His charisma, professionalism, kindness, and patience were unbelievable. Later, Dylan told me that he is a Contents and Fire Manager, and honestly, that made me sad because I would have loved for Dylan and his team to have been in charge of my entire loss from the beginning. I am so grateful to God and to SERVPRO for having people like Dylan and his team. I pray that God blesses them always. Dylan gave me his contact card, and I will definitely be speaking very highly of him to my adjuster and to my friends. But I will be very specific: I want Dylan and his team in charge. They accomplished in two days what others could have taken weeks to do. Their level of detail during the cleaning was incredible. They cleaned areas that most people would not even notice, such as window frames and behind the kitchen drawers. They did everything with so much care, love, and professionalism. God bless them. Even after the previous company had supposedly “cleaned” — if that can even be called cleaning — Dylan’s team came in and showed what real cleaning and professionalism look like. I also want to say that I am deeply sorry for what is happening in their country right now after the terrible earthquake disaster. It must be so difficult to come to work and still carry such beautiful smiles while feeling broken inside because your country and your people are suffering due to a catastrophe and poor government. I pray that God blesses that nation and blesses them as well. They are destined for great things. I hope this review expresses even a small part of how grateful I am to have met them, even though words will never be enough. Dylan and Maykol are two of the kindest people with the most beautiful smiles I have ever met. Thank God for placing them in my path. I would give this team 10 stars out of 5. As for the previous team, I would not even bother looking them up.

I had the opportunity to work with the excellent team made up of : Stephany , Dylan , Diego and Maykol due to their professionalism , great treatment and commitment . I would like to highlight such a pleasant experience with which I learned that when work is entrusted to a disciplined , efficient, hardworker,welcoming and respectful team , the good results speak by themselves and reflect the quality of service they provide to customers which served me as an example and admiration .

AWESOME JOB! Jamie, Jack And Bri did outstanding. I do appreciate their quick response with them showing up to my home the day of my flood. I appreciate them putting the time in over the weekends. That really means a lot. Email communication was very good everyday of work, it was very organized and presented well to me and the adjuster handing my claim. I did an inspection of the demolition process and I’m impressed at the level of detail and hard work they put in. I’m going to have Servpro start my reconstruction process. 5 of 5 stars!

Water leak in crawl space. Crew showed up immediately and as soon as plumber fixed the broken pipe SerPro had dehumidifier in place and was constantly checking progress in less than a week had moisture at proper level and did not try to bilk the insurance company for extra money.

Davin and Darius were the most amazing help I just wanted to say how much your professionalism and hard work meant during a stressful time. You showed up quickly, explained everything clearly, and treated our home with care and respect. The attention to detail, constant communication, and dedication to getting everything restored properly did not go unnoticed. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier to handle.
