What our
Beech Mountain customers are saying
I want to give a shout-out to Alan at SERVPRO for his honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I reached out because of a kerosene odor in my workshop that was seeping into my master bedroom and bathroom, and Alan had his crew come out to help. From the beginning, he was upfront, realistic, and genuinely focused on helping me rather than just making a sale. He took the time to explain the process, set realistic expectations, and made it clear that my best interest was his priority. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days! Thank you, Alan, for being someone who truly cares about your customers. SERVPRO, you have a good one on your team! ~ Lydia 🪬🧘🏻♀️🧿
The responsiveness and professionalism of the ServPro team was exceptional. In my dealings with their mitigation team, the crew leader (Jerry) and team were knowledgeable and responsive to my questions as well as my insurance company.
Huge thanks to Jonathan Lee & his team for their expertise & professionalism for mitigating indoor multi-floor flooding during the purchase of home. Jonathan’s thorough, above & beyond work & communication made the difference between walking away from buying a cabin & having our dream home. We truly appreciate him!
I called ServPro and Jonathan helped me the same day. We had water damage and he knew what needed to be done and helped me along the way. Kept us in the loop with calls and texts. Also kept our insurance co. in the loop. Answered every question and we are extremely pleased with ServPro and Jonathan .
Everyone has communicated and checked on things very well! Jonathan kept me informed on everything - thank you!
As many others were affected by Helene, we were also. A huge tree went through 2 bedrooms in our guest area. Carl and Kyle took such great care of us! Always there to pick up a phone call or answer a text and made sure it was put back together exactly like it was, only better. And gained great friendships through it too!! We are huge fans of SERVPRO!!!
Extremely responsive with our water issue. Came out the very next day after I contacted our insurance and got the damage cut out and drying. Team kept me in the loop every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them!
Jonathan was on top of every detail as if it was his home. I’d definitely call him anytime we need a professional who can handle major emergencies like flooding. Highly recommend him & his ServPro team!
I'd like to commend Jonathan & the Wautaga ServPro team. Jonathan was prompt, efficient and produced a high quality estimate for services. The attention to detail Jonathan demonstrated and the resulting quote was very impressive. I reached out to this team because of a trusted friend's recommendation and I'm glad I did. I will absolutely be considering Jonathan and his team for any future projects or services and would also recommend them to others.
