I remain grateful for his help, and I wanted to let you know the kind of impression his character made on me.
Please thank your crew for all their hard work. It was SO hot out immediately after the fire – almost intolerable. A toilet water line busted on the 3rd floor of our Big Lake home. The water ran for several days unnoticed. Over half of the house had major damage. State Farm recommended Shaun from SERVPRO. Shaun and his team dried out the house, removed flooring, drywall, and insulation. My husband John, a general contractor, was extremely impressed with how we found his house a week later. I was extremely pleased with of SERVPRO of Wright County. We had a frozen pipe break that affected half of our basement. SERVPRO came in and took care of everything. They were professional, on-time, very informative, and above all, knew what they were doing. I highly recommend using them if you are in need.
SERVPRO did mitigation at our house to remove moisture after a tree fell through our roof during a storm. Demetrius came out first to look at the damage. Then he put an estimate together, and we submitted it to our insurance company. When approved, Demetrius schedule the mitigation immediately and they got right to it a couple of days later. Demetrius is very nice and very professional. Actually, the whole crew that came out was also the same. We are very happy with the results.
