I also wanted to tell you that Gerrod and Matt were outstanding.  Among the qualities we appreciated most:  their capacity to be both friendly and professional, their work ethic, and their willingness to answer any questions we had and to offer advice when we asked for it--knowing that we were ultimately responsible for the decisions.  They showed up when they said they would, worked hard the whole time they were there (in a very small space made more uncomfortable by some very hot & humid days), and had high standards for their work.   Gerrod went above and beyond one day when, upon arriving at the door and seeing that Rich had just fallen and that I was having trouble getting him up by myself, he jumped across everything in his path, wedged himself behind Rich, and lifted him up and helped him steady himself.   His reaction to what he saw was so quick, without a thought that he had the option of not getting involved.  I remain grateful for his help, and I wanted to let you know the kind of impression his character made on me.

Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University, Shaun is deeply rooted in the restoration industry, boasting over 20 years of experience. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). When not working, Shaun enjoys hunting and spending time with his family and friends, often partaking in winter activities like snowmobiling. Shaun's extensive background in the field underscores his commitment to excellence and punctuality, aligning with our motto of "Creating Happy Customers."
