SERVPRO did mitigation at our house to remove moisture after a tree fell through our roof during a storm. Demetrius came out first to look at the damage. Then he put an estimate together, and we submitted it to our insurance company. When approved, Demetrius schedule the mitigation immediately and they got right to it a couple of days later. Demetrius is very nice and very professional. Actually, the whole crew that came out was also the same. We are very happy with the results.
Savannah and Zach were amazing-they both worked very hard for several hours clearing out our flooded basement. They were professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They took excellent care of my belongings. The big mess I discovered earlier today is on its way to being cleaned up and remedied. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Wright County. Shaun Hickman, a lifelong Minnesotan, resides in Wright County with his wife, Valerie, and their three children, two of whom are currently employed by SERVPRO of Wright County. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University, Shaun is deeply rooted in the restoration industry, boasting over 20 years of experience. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). When not working, Shaun enjoys hunting and spending time with his family and friends, often partaking in winter activities like snowmobiling. Shaun's extensive background in the field underscores his commitment to excellence and punctuality, aligning with our motto of "Creating Happy Customers."
