Why Choose SERVPRO for HVAC and Air Vent Service?

A healthy living environment starts with clean air. If the air coming out of your vents smells musty, or your air vents look dirty, it’s probably time for an HVAC and air duct cleaning from SERVPRO®.

Each time your HVAC system circulates, your air ducts collect dust, dirt, and other airborne particulates that were missed by the air filter. In just one year, a typical home can collect more than 40 pounds of dirt, dust, and particles. Everyday housecleaning can get most of it, but it takes a professional cleaning service like SERVPRO to clean air ducts effectively.

Schedule a routine air duct cleaning if:

  • You have pets living in your home.
  • You have allergies or asthma.
  • You smoke.
  • Your home has suffered fire or smoke damage
  • Your home has been renovated or is being remodeled.

Benefits of clean air ducts:

  • Improved indoor air quality (reduced bacteria, allergens, pet dander, etc.).
  • Increased energy efficiency (clogged vents make your HVAC system work harder).
  • Longer life for your HVAC system.

SERVPRO of Wright County's uniquely trained technicians follow industry standards for air duct cleaning services as defined by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA).

We use specialized equipment and proprietary products to clean and sanitize the mechanical components of your HVAC duct and air duct system while controlling the airflow in the healthiest way possible during the duct cleaning process.

Things You Should Know about HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning

First, system access to the duct interiors should be made through existing openings. This could be via:

  • Return grills.
  • Duct end caps.
  • Existing service openings.

Your SERVPRO technician will often begin by breaking contaminants loose from your system, either by hand or using a vacuum, to agitate dirt and dust. This is a basic, but important step in the HVAC cleaning process.

SERVPRO uses a variety of tools and equipment. It might be mounted on a truck, or they may use portable vacuums. Chemicals may also be used to help sanitize, disinfect, and deodorize air ducts.

Worked with Josh D. He was great at communicating, arrived when he said he would, and provided an honest assessment. In my case, nothing was needed - and he said so, rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need. Will definitely call him back when another need arises!

Michael Babcock

Joe Kevin, Carmacho and Richard arrived less than an hour after we called and quickly got to work drying out our flooded house. They were professional, knowledgable and reassuring during our time of crisis. THANK YOU to them and Jake for helping us out.

I cannot say enough great things about Tyler Anderson from Servpro. From the moment I called about the water damage in my home, Tyler was on it. He quickly arranged a crew for the cleanup, coordinated every detail, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. He was prompt, friendly, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Tyler also took the time to write up a clear, thorough report for me, which was a huge help as I worked through the aftermath. His communication was excellent, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the right way. If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage, Tyler is exactly the kind of project manager you want on your side. Truly outstanding service!
