Clearwater is a small, but mighty city! With a population of nearly 1,800 people, the city itself is only 1.7 square miles; however, it’s a city that never sleeps. As the northern most city in Wright County, Clearwater is located at the junction of the Clearwater and Mississippi Rivers. The city offers a large Travel Plaza for those passing through on Interstate 94, as well as housing, family-owned restaurants, outdoor recreation, and more.



Each year visitors flock to Clearwater for the annual rodeo. Visitors are encouraged to hike the various trails near the river, play a round of golf, or partake in one of the many fishing contests.
