My grandpa Edward mcmurray had some work done recently and insisted that I leave an amazing review for him. The project manager Donnie was a tremendous help in this frustrating situation. Excellent communication and Quality Work. I would especially like to thank Donnie, Cody, Mike K., Will and Mike T who went above and beyond my expectations. We need crawl space sealed and old sealant removed. Neat, clean and very professional work in a few days of getting quote and completion of work. I highly recommend ServPro of Romulus/Taylor. They are friendly and were very efficient at cleaning up and removing mold and the wet drywall from my laundry room after my upstairs neighbor's washing machine leaked water all down my ceiling and walls. Then, the restoration was also very efficient and timely! Mike arrived on time each day and reconstructed my laundry room better than it was before! He made sure he left everything back in it's original place and checked to make sure everything was working, too! He also cleaned up the entire room when he was finished. It was also a pleasure working with my project manager Amanda! She made sure the job kept moving along to get my condo back to normal as quickly as possible!
Everything was great and everyone did a good job
If i could i put 10 stars i would! Amanda and Olsi were fabulous, made it so i understood what was happening and the process for the reconstruction of my laundry room and bathroom! Being a new homeowner i didn't understand how the process would happen and once they got into the home it only took 3 days to complete and i would always recommend this company over any other out there!
Jeremiah and Cody were incredible. They both worked tirelessly on a week-long job at our home after our basement flooded. They brought their knowledge, skill, and strength to every aspect of the job ensuring it was done and done WELL. We appreciate all of their hard work and want to advocate for them to get not only 1st place in their company competition but Monday off….THEY DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!
