Lake George is a small township located in Clare County Michigan. The town sits on the north end of Lake George, a popular all sports lake located in town. Lake George, like many of the towns in the area was founded as a lumber settlement by George Lake.Given its location during the logging area, there was a 7 mile long logging railroad from the town to the Muskegon River and then shipped out to Lake Michigan.  The Lake George area is mainly wooded with an abundance of wildlife including white-tail deer, wild turkey and pheasant. The lake itself houses largemouth bass, perch, bluegill along with other panfish. The population of the area is mixed with original pioneer families and tourists who make Lake George their summer home. The residents there enjoy the Swiss Inn, a large bar, a restaurant and a few small stores.

When we originally hired Servpro we assumed the company was from our Milwaukee/Waukesha area. Once I spoke to Brittany in the Servpro office I realized that the Servpro franchise my wife and I were working with that came to perform the water damage restoration services came from the Michigan area. That was not a problem because Brittany communicated thoroughly with us answered all questions as if she was from our area. We had a water damage problem that we needed remedied as soon as possible. When Aiden and Hanna arrived at our house they were fantastic. They came prepared, knowledgeable and had all of the equipment and tools to do the job. They worked very hard, were very prepared and were very courteous. From the first phone call with Brittany to completion of the process it was a very smooth experience for us. We had a great experience dealing with Servpro. It was perfectly completed exceeding our expectations and would highly recommend them! Sincerely Lori and Jim
