When we originally hired Servpro we assumed the company was from our Milwaukee/Waukesha area. Once I spoke to Brittany in the Servpro office I realized that the Servpro franchise my wife and I were working with that came to perform the water damage restoration services came from the Michigan area. That was not a problem because Brittany communicated thoroughly with us answered all questions as if she was from our area. We had a water damage problem that we needed remedied as soon as possible. When Aiden and Hanna arrived at our house they were fantastic. They came prepared, knowledgeable and had all of the equipment and tools to do the job.
