Big Rapids Cleanup and Restoration

I have had two interactions with Servpro in two different states and I have nothing but good things to say about Servpro. Most recently I had a young man named Joel Rose come to my house for an inspection and estimate, he was very professional and did a great job. I will be using them to remedy my issue. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again if ever needed. Our basement flooded and they were here so quickly/same day! Adam was amazing at keeping us updated and was very thorough. Adam and his team were wonderful to work with and we appreciate all their help!

Adam was absolutely amazing. He came out to give the estimate very quickly and had a team in within a couple days to start the work. They also had to take out a step on my stairs to get the mold and Adam replaced it even though it didn’t fall under his job description. Great service!

Would definitely use this company again. Basement flooded and they where here within an hour easily! Immediately took over and put me at ease. We were able to sit back and let them do everything needed. Not only clean up but setting equipment, and walking mats over flooring. Plus the DAILY communication thru the whole process, and they communicated with our insurance as well. High props to.. Joel, Adam, Will and Austen.

Tony/Adam and crew were amazing! Everyone was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Even though my basement was flooded, they made the experience bearable. What an amazing crew.

Let’s be honest - nobody wants to have to see these guys lol. It was no pleasure of mine to meet them under the circumstances we met. HOWEVER, I’m so grateful that Adam and his team were the ones we called to help us clean up the mess from our sump pump failing, flooding the basement to our new home. I couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more empathetic group of guys. They took their time cleaning up our home. They were careful and cautious of all our belongings, constantly checking in with us during the cleanup process to ensure they remained courteous of our expectations. They were very mindful of our young children, and did what they could to keep the noise down to allow them to sleep in the middle of the night. They treated our home the way they would have treated their own homes, you could tell. I would recommend Serv Pro to anyone who needs restoration done in an emergency. It’s never a fun experience, but if you have to go through it, go through it with a group of people who care. I hope to never have to call them back lol, but if I do, I know I’m in good hands with Adam and his team. Thanks for everything, guys! 😊

I am writing to express our appreciation for the outstanding service provided by ProServ following the fire and water damage at our cottage. Due to a chimney fire. From the first assessment to the final cleanup, their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and GREAT ATTENTION to detail. They arrived promptly, carefully assessed the damage, and worked tirelessly to restore our property. Their expertise in handling both fire and water damage was evident, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was cleaned, dried, and safe. Adam the project manager at the Big Rapids location kept us informed and updated with progress while under tremendous stress from other jobs due to the extreme cold we had this year for a long period of time. Also a special thanks to the hard workers Jose and Logan who literally used q-tips to clean things and dealt with my husband and I coming up and asking questions periodically. Unfortunately I do not remember the other guys name. I was kinda overwhelmed at first. But they were always patient, pleasantly happy for working in that environment and helpful. Thanks to ProServ, our cottage has been restored to excellent condition, and we have peace of mind knowing the job was done thoroughly and correctly. I highly recommend ProServ to anyone in need of restoration services.
