Adam was absolutely amazing. He came out to give the estimate very quickly and had a team in within a couple days to start the work. They also had to take out a step on my stairs to get the mold and Adam replaced it even though it didn’t fall under his job description. Great service!
Would definitely use this company again. Basement flooded and they where here within an hour easily! Immediately took over and put me at ease. We were able to sit back and let them do everything needed. Not only clean up but setting equipment, and walking mats over flooring. Let’s be honest - nobody wants to have to see these guys lol. It was no pleasure of mine to meet them under the circumstances we met. HOWEVER, I’m so grateful that Adam and his team were the ones we called to help us clean up the mess from our sump pump failing, flooding the basement to our new home. From the first assessment to the final cleanup, their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and GREAT ATTENTION to detail. Their expertise in handling both fire and water damage was evident, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was cleaned, dried, and safe. Adam the project manager at the Big Rapids location kept us informed and updated with progress while under tremendous stress from other jobs due to the extreme cold we had this year for a long period of time. Also a special thanks to the hard workers Jose and Logan who literally used q-tips to clean things and dealt with my husband and I coming up and asking questions periodically.
