Recently I called SERVPRO hoping to get some advice over the phone regarding getting rid of a strong lingering oder under my daughter's kitchen sink--caused by a spilled bottle of Goo Gone. The contents had leaked through a hole in the bottom of the cupboard onto the subfloor and seemed impossible to eliminate. I spoke to Simon over the phone and he was extremely helpful in giving me some techniques to use--and to NOT USE-- in resolving the issue.
I took his advice and it worked. So THANKS SIMON for your professional advice and customer friendly approach. I would definitely recommend these guys!!
