Your crew was everything and more.  They are hard workers and do a great job.  Our house hasn’t been this clean in 40 years. Thank you for responding quickly so we could get on with our lives! 

Thanks for all your help getting the ball rolling on so many fronts, with all of the contractors and your crew. It's nice to know that there are people out there who take pride in their job and show up when people call, especially when they have emergencies. I'm going to tell everyone about you, so  if anybody has problems they can call on weekends and not have to worry about people flaking out on emergency calls and not show up. Kudos to you and your top-notch crew!

Had to use the services of this company this past weekend. They had a timely response and the workers who came to resolve the issue were extremely pleasant. Hope not to have to use the service again but if we do, then this will be the company we call and will refer others to their services.

I want to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to the SERVPRO professionals that came to our rescue when we had a water issue in our basement. In particular, John Symonds was the best!! His prompt response was very welcoming and his knowledge and professionalism was evident. We initially thought the water had entered the basement though a window, but John quickly dismissed this theory when we discovered a floor drain that had backed up. This was a great relief to us. When we discovered the damage after being away for two weeks, we were very proactive and did some damage control by pulling up saturated rugs and flooring. John had great praise for us for doing this and mentioned this would help in the cleanup of the mess. He had equipment in our home very quickly and had us drying out in a record amount of time. We learned to trust him because of his honesty with us and professional demeanor. We were scheduled to go on vacation and could not cancel. We felt confident enough with John to give him a key to the house so he could have access to do his job. We don't do this normally, but felt comfortable enough with him to allow it.We can't say enough good about John and the company he works for. Great job!!!

I just wanted to thank you all for being so quick to respond to our water problem on Friday.  We were all kind of in panic mode and didn’t really know where to start.  I’m glad I thought to call SERVPRO because with your help, we were able to get the water out within a few hours.  We may have lost some things, but without your promptness to our emergency, it could’ve been so much worse.  So, thank you so much for sending Bud out right away.  He showed up with a smile even with all the chaos I’m sure you were all dealing with from Thursday and Friday.  Please let him know how appreciative we are for him showing up so quickly and getting the job done.

My 82 year old bedridden mothers sewer backed up and flooded her basement. We called SERVPRO 800 number and explained our dire situation. Late in the day and we where trying to figure out how to relocate mom. We received a call from Jon at SERVPRO of Bangor/Ellsworth and he said they were coming now, like in route, on the way. I thought it would take days to coordinate this clean up effort. Nope they dropped everything and are mobilized and will be on site within the hour. In disbelief I watched two trucks a bunch of guys and ton of equipment and they were on it. They work tirelessly and before we new it mom had a livable house, we never had to relocate. That day we were blessed with hero’s. Thanks to Bangor/Ellsworth SERVPRO. I will always recommend this company.
