I'm beyond impressed with the customer service I received from Mike at SERVPRO. He was quick to return my call, assess the situation, and provide knowledgeable feedback. I recently had a flood in my master bathroom. I contacted SERVPRO, their response was quick. Their crew Chief "Roland" was great. He explained their process, went to work setting up their equipment.
