My 82 year old bedridden mothers sewer backed up and flooded her basement. We called SERVPRO 800 number and explained our dire situation. Late in the day and we where trying to figure out how to relocate mom. We received a call from Jon at SERVPRO of Bangor/Ellsworth and he said they were coming now, like in route, on the way. I thought it would take days to coordinate this clean up effort. Nope they dropped everything and are mobilized and will be on site within the hour. In disbelief I watched two trucks a bunch of guys and ton of equipment and they were on it. They work tirelessly and before we new it mom had a livable house, we never had to relocate.
