I'm beyond impressed with the customer service I received from Mike at SERVPRO. He was quick to return my call, assess the situation, and provide knowledgeable feedback. Our tenant's washer hose became disconnected and she was unable to stop the washer from flooding the surrounding area including the condo below her. Mike offered to be there within an hour (in the evening mind you) to determine the proper protocol. He called me directly afterwards to explain the situation in full. Mike shared that we could handle the situation ourselves with minimal damage (thank goodness) and offered several solutions, so this doesn't happen in the future. His honesty, trustworthiness, and dependability is outstanding! I would highly recommend this company to any family member or friend!
I recently had a flood in my master bathroom. I contacted SERVPRO, their response was quick. Their crew Chief "Roland" was great. He explained their process, went to work setting up their equipment. They returned four days later to gather up their equipment. This process was great the water damage was abated. This process went very smoothly, I highly recommend SERVPRO, they do a great JOB!
