We had SERVPRO of West Topeka out twice in the last few months, and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Drew, Andy, and the rest of the crew are as professional as it gets, and went the extra mile in everything that they did. They initially came out to do a full HEPA clean out of our finished attic after we had a bat infestation. While they were working they discovered some mold around the HVAC system which they also remediated. Then they cleaned the carpets on the second floor as well. We had them come back a few weeks later to clean our ducts. If we need anything else cleaned I will not hesitate to call Drew. If you're reading this review, go ahead and give them a call. They will treat you right.
SERVPRO of West Topeka did an excellent job of customer service from the time I spoke to Andy on the phone, to his fair and reliable estimate of cleaning our basement carpet to Andy, Jennifer & Ginger coming to our home to take care of cleaning our carpet. They were able to get out some old makeup stains, candle wax, and other miscellaneous stains and my carpet looks great!! I would highly recommend their team for any of your service needs that they take care of. I myself will use them again if needed for this and other services in the future. Thanks Again!
