Silver Lake Cleanup and Restoration

We recently had two water in the basement events due to the heavy rains, We called ServPro to help us out. For the second event, which was much more serious, a young man named Dakota came out. I cannot say enough about the great effort her put in with resolving our water in the basement problem. He worked from about 9 a.m until nearly 4:30 moving affected furniture out of the area, taking up carpet that will need to be replaced, and hauling very heavy dehumidifiers and fans down the stairs and placed so that moisture could be removed. Dakota was not only a hard worker and very efficient in what he did, but he was also keeping me aware of what was happening and why as equipment was placed. Dakota was also very polite and kind as he knew that the flooding incident had been difficult for me.. I hope ServPro appreciates having such a great employee who not only took care of the problem, but treated me with respect and kindness. Another SerbPro employee, named Chance also helped the situation, coming by later in the week to check on progress with the machines. I would recommend ServPro for their service in restoration following water damage.

Last week Topeka had record rain and many basements got flooded. The Topeka branch manager Andy made the time to call me and explain how over booked they were and they were not likely able to service my house any time soon. So we walked me through my options and several recommendations that allowed me to get the water out of my own basement. That one phone call and his advice saved me thousands of dollars, I really appreciated his help and professionalism.

In my opinion, the professionals I worked with were all perfectionists and I am totally blown away by the end product. My finished basement had water damage and the floor and walls were ruined. We had lightning strike our home & had to call on ServPro to help us out & get everything back to normal. Shawna was there from the first meeting & in charge of packing out the house & getting our things cleaned. If we wanted or needed something specific, she made it happen for us. This fire has been stressful for us but she's been there when we needed things back quickly. Jay, Andy & Drew have also been great to work with! Kept us updated with what was coming next. Don't know where we'd be without them all!

Andy, Jennifer, Zach, Michael, and Cammie were all kind, compassionate, and patient. Being displaced from your home is difficult. They made it easier. Jennifer in particular was simply the best. She works hard without complaints; she is an excellent listener; and, she cares about her clients. Thank you so much.

Andy, Jennifer, Sian and Drew saved our lives when our water heater leaked hot water and caused Mold to grow in our Attic, Crawl Space, Garage, Floors and Walls.. they meticulously removed mold and cleaned our house leaving No trace of fungus. Then they reconstructed our home! We came back to a brand new home. Jennifer has the best customer care skills by texting us to give updates on the progress of our project and always responds to us when we text or call her. Drew, Jennifer and Andy also worked with our insurance adjuster so we could relax and alleviate our stress while our home went through the abatement process. They even gave me hugs when I needed them 😊 we’ve gained a few friends at Servpro and know we are blessed to have them in our corner!!

Servpro is great. Branden Fleming is a helluv contractor. Polite and professional. My wife and I were impressed with his professionalism. A credit to his company.
