Workers were very prompt and efficient. Actually, they were early and did a complete job in no time. They were personable and answered all our questions and concerns.
On a scale of 1-10 I would rate SERVPRO of East Honolulu a 10 in regards to my satisfaction. Every step of the way they were supportive, tentative, and accommodated to me. They were very professional the whole time, they came in a quickly took care of my situation. They did some repairs to my shop, and cleaned the flooring also moving my contents. After the repairs and cleaning the floors they moved my contents back. It was almost as if nothing ever happened. They completely exceed my expectations as to who I was dealing with. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate SERVPRO of East Honolulu a 10 for their service. I am very satisfied with the job that they did, they cleaned and dried everything affected by the storm in no time. I'm very happy with how fast they responded. It was a regular water damage, and at the time it felt like a very stressful time and SERVPRO of East Honolulu made it an easier time. They were really fast, the whole process went very smooth and extremely fast compared to other processes. Overall I'm super happy with the work, and it looks as good as new. I am glad I chose SERVPRO because of their efficiency.
My favorite 3 Musketeers arrived earlier than 1 p.m. They are like my uncles and cousin because they treat you with politeness and care.
They listened very carefully to my requests of putting the "no rush to open" boxes in one area of the room, removed all trash with them and are professional in everything they do. Nimblest, strongest, gentle employees, all 3 of them. Whoever does the hiring of personnel is excellent.
Today Mike, Rodolfo and Allen came to remove the laminate flooring in the kitchen and extension
In the two hours, the flooring was removed, the refrigerator was taken to the curb and my sofa sleeper was hauled away.
Beyond meticulous, their professional know how and methods is outstanding and fastidiously neat. The removed flooring was bundled by height and taken/placed in their truck in an organized manner.
The areas were vacuumed and sprayed. Not a trace of rubble left anywhere.
You know how thoughtful a company is? When the morning newspaper is in the driveway and they hand it to you instead of leaving it there.
A two man crew came over to access the water damage from our refrigerator. They came, moved the koa table out to check the damage on the carpet and upon leaving informed me that it was disinfected. For the kitchen they immediately noticed the damaged uneven laminate flooring. Dylan and William were able to get the fridge out of the built in. They had a meter that measured wetness on the surface of the walls. William covered the built in cabinet with a material and the heat is supposed to dehumidify it. I asked hours? Dylan said days. Measurements were also taken of our extension area. Five stars for today's trouble call. They came early. Both men were friendly, courteous and did what they needed to do.
