For the kitchen they immediately noticed the damaged uneven laminate flooring. Dylan and William were able to get the fridge out of the built in. They had a meter that measured wetness on the surface of the walls. William covered the built in cabinet with a material and the heat is supposed to dehumidify it. I asked hours? Dylan said days. Measurements were also taken of our extension area. Five stars for today's trouble call. They came early. Both men were friendly, courteous and did what they needed to do.

Our company: SERVPRO of East Honolulu is owned by Lorenzo Usam, with more than 20 years worth of managerial work. He quickly went from a crew member here, to a manager by completing a credited Manager's development program. His strive for excellent customer support, help created the fast, and efficient work culture we see today at SERVPRO of East Honolulu. As an individually owned franchise here in Oahu, we see emergencies big and small that need both our staff and equipment for a speedy recovery.
