SERVPRO and their reconstruction subcontractor, Blue Dot, were very responsive, even coming on a Saturday to get the work done. They did painting, added new floor baseboards, dry wall, installed new tiling, and new light fixtures. Very pleased with the overall work. Prior to putting in the drywall I asked that they seal all the cracks in the original wall to stop further water damage and insects from coming into our bathroom. They were very good about spraying foam sealant before closing the wall with drywall. Overall, they were very easy to work with, cleaned up afterwards, and very responsive. Would recommend them highly.

Workers were very prompt and efficient. Actually, they were early and did a complete job in no time. They were personable and answered all our questions and concerns.
On a scale of 1-10 I would rate SERVPRO of East Honolulu a 10 in regards to my satisfaction. Every step of the way they were supportive, tentative, and accommodated to me. They were very professional the whole time, they came in a quickly took care of my situation. They did some repairs to my shop, and cleaned the flooring also moving my contents. After the repairs and cleaning the floors they moved my contents back. It was almost as if nothing ever happened. They completely exceed my expectations as to who I was dealing with. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate SERVPRO of East Honolulu a 10 for their service. I am very satisfied with the job that they did, they cleaned and dried everything affected by the storm in no time. I'm very happy with how fast they responded. It was a regular water damage, and at the time it felt like a very stressful time and SERVPRO of East Honolulu made it an easier time. They were really fast, the whole process went very smooth and extremely fast compared to other processes. Overall I'm super happy with the work, and it looks as good as new.
