SERVPRO of Torrance is one of the best companies I've worked with for work done on my home. They are truly professionals, their experience shines through in their work. Very pleased with them.
We had a pipe break in the wall of an upstairs bathroom. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they alerted SERVPRO of Torrance. Their dispatcher contacted me within 45 minutes of filing the claim. She said they would have a technician at our location in about 2 hours. When Ricky arrived he inspected the damage, set about marking off the damaged areas, set up containment plastic and then deployed air movers and de-humidifiers. Over the next several days he returned each day to inspect and demolish the damaged drywall and flooring. During the drying time I heard from their dispatcher, Philana, daily. She was very professional and caring. I would certainly call upon their services again if we ever have another catastrophe of this sort.
I didn't have much knowledge in recovery services because that is not my line of work. I was pretty confused what to do when told to hire a company to restore my home after a flood. I chose SERVPRO and they were able to inform me about every step of the process and what my home needed to be restored. They did great work too, I will definitely be hitting them up for any future restoration needs.

I have been using their services for a few years now and they have never disappointed me yet! My girl Philana, and her technicians are quick to respond, usually within 1-3 hours and are courteous. With the rain issues this winter in southern California my condo has been flooded many times and they jump on the job pronto. What more can I say, SERVPRO "Rocks"!
SERVPRO came through for us big time! Their technicians were professional and they arrived right away, working with us to help resolve the flood situation in our home. We needed heavy duty industrial fans to dry out the flooring in our kitchen, hallway, small bathroom and part of the dining room - which ran 24/7 for over a week. The technicians also took pains to tear out the flood damaged areas - including baseboards - while preserving the rest. Well done!

SERVPRO is the best! These rains caused a leak in my ceiling, creating a flood in my home. I didn't even know, as I was at work whil my home was flooding! Everything was wet and ruined, I didn't know what to do. I looked up natural disaster companies online and SERVPRO of Torrance popped up, so I decided to call and ask what they could do for me. I told them the circumstance and they came out right away to inspect the damage. My notepad that I write my to-do list on was even ruined but they gave me a SERVPRO one for free, how sweet! They explained the damage to me and what they needed to do to fix it, along with the price and materials. Within a few weeks the work was done. I was so impressed, the water was everywhere but they managed to clean it up well. And it was a reasonable price. Thanks SERVPRO for the work!
