We had a pipe break in the wall of an upstairs bathroom. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they alerted SERVPRO of Torrance. Their dispatcher contacted me within 45 minutes of filing the claim. She said they would have a technician at out location in about 2 hours. When Ricky arrived he inspected the damage, set about marking off the damaged areas, set up containment plastic and then deployed air movers and de-humidifiers. Over then next several days he returned each day to inspect and demolish the damaged drywall and flooring. During the drying time I heard from their dispatcher, Philana, daily. She was very professional and caring. I would certainly call upon their services again if we ever have another catastrophe of this sort.
After my water leak in the living room, the SERVPRO of Torrance tech, Julio and the other guy came out immediately and started going to work. The techs were very professional and careful about protecting our expensive living room furniture. Julio brought it a large fan to dry the walls. Our home had almost burned down due to an electric shortage sparking a fire in the garage. After the fire department came and extinguished the fire, there was a lot of damage left over in the garage and rooms surrounding it.
