We had a pipe break in the wall of an upstairs bathroom. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they alerted SERVPRO of Torrance. Their dispatcher contacted me within 45 minutes of filing the claim. She said they would have a technician at our location in about 2 hours. When Ricky arrived he inspected the damage, set about marking off the damaged areas, set up containment plastic and then deployed air movers and de-humidifiers. Over the next several days he returned each day to inspect and demolish the damaged drywall and flooring. During the drying time I heard from their dispatcher, Philana, daily. SERVPRO is the best! These rains caused a leak in my ceiling, creating a flood in my home. I didn't even know, as I was at work whil my home was flooding!
