SERVPRO of Tustin just completed work at our warehouse. We had a major water line rupture, which filled my entire warehouse and office with several inches of mud and water. We had a great deal of inventory inside and water damage to all the boxes. The SERVPRO crew responded within a few hours and really saved us! Bill, Marvin and Hector came in and took charge of everything. They were all amazing and have a great crew working for them. I felt traumatized and each of them spent a lot of time listening to my concerns, they were attentive and I couldn't have gotten through this without them. They worked non-stop the first day to contain the damage, get the water out and didn't leave until well into the night. They worked 8 straight days to help us overcome the damage to all our inventory, with a large crew each day. Marvin and Hector are exceptionally good leaders. They lead by example and I can't express how much I admire their work ethic and determination to do a good job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help when disaster strikes. I'm looking forward to having them do the reconstruction work in our offices.

Repipe1 wanted twice as much money for the same job. I felt valued as a customer by SERVPRO. I was treated with respect and courtesy even though my job was small.
