We had a great experience with SERVPRO of Tustin. While having water damage and mold from a water leak is never fun, they made the situation easier for us to deal with. Javiar and Ricardo worked at our house for 4 days straight and let us know what they were doing every step of the way. If we ever have a water leak again, I will not hesitate to contact them.
Had a water heater leak that caused mold in the walls between a bedroom and the bathroom. Bill Bisaha came out, gave us a great quote and took care of everything.
His crew was highly professional and cared about our home. The first thing they did was move the new water heater and hook it up so we had hot water while they were fixing our home.They removed the mold and replaced drywall, wood flooring, wainscot and paint. It was - as the commercial says - "Like it never even happened."
I wouldn't use anyone else.

I recently used SERVPRO for mold remediation and the customer service was fantastic! Marvin and Art were the best! It's never fun to have to deal with flooding, however they made the experience much less stressful. They knew what they were talking about and were very thorough.
