SERVPRO did an amazing job on my condo for mold remediation, and their charges were very reasonable. Best of all they were extremely pleasant to work with. I felt valued as a customer even though my job was very small. I was a cash-paying customer because I had a small amount of mold in the water heater closet of an condominium which I was selling. I was in the middle of escrow, and I needed the work completed quickly.
I called two different mold remediation companies to compare prices: SERVPRO of Tustin and Repipe1 of Irvine. It turned out SERVPRO was by far the winner. Repipe1 wanted twice as much money for the same job. I felt valued as a customer by SERVPRO. I was treated with respect and courtesy even though my job was small. In contrast, I was made to feel insignificant by Repipe1 and they seemed uninterested in gaining my business.
The manager on my case, Daniel Otteson, was very professional, courteous and got the job done quickly. He was very knowledgeable. He explained the mold remediation process to me in detail and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He kept me informed during every step of the process.
The production manager, Ellie Urland, was also amazing. She promptly answered my calls and emails and was so courteous and professional. I feel fortunate to have been in their hands.

We had a great experience with SERVPRO of Tustin. While having water damage and mold from a water leak is never fun, they made the situation easier for us to deal with. Javier and Ricardo worked at our house for 4 days straight and let us know what they were doing every step of the way. If we ever have a water leak again, I will not hesitate to contact them.
Yikes, had a hot water slab leak that flooded 4 rooms of carpet. Called SERVPRO and sent out a team to clean up the damaged carpet and padding within 30 minutes. The team worked for hours non stop. They removed all the carpeting, padding and tack strip. The brought in 8 fans and 1 humidifier, a little noisy, but better then mildew smell! I highly recommend this SERVPRO. This is a great company for an emergency.

Brandon & Cory were fantastic! Extremely professional at a very difficult time for us when our upstairs & downstairs got wet from a washer overflow! They were always on time and very efficient!
