Servpro hired an insulation company as part of the mold remediation project in my house, and a year later I found out that the insulation company had blocked the intake vents in my attic, causing mold to grow (again). Despite that issue being caused by the insulation company, Servpro has stepped up and solved my problem.

An upstairs toilet overflowed during an entire holiday weekend, destroying the kitchen/dining area below. We are so grateful we were referred to ServPro. They were immediately responsive and at the house within an hour of our call. They communicated well, documented the entire process with photos at various steps along the way, used a thick plastic containment system to keep the 'construction zone' separated from the remainder of the house, worked with our insurance adjuster, answered our (many) questions and helped guide us about next steps. I don't wish this awful mess on anyone, but if you find yourself having to deal with a similar disaster, do yourself a favor and call ServPro right away. They helped keep us sane, and more importantly, we can trust that our house is mold free and sanitized before we start the arduous process of rebuilding.

I had bought a cool vintage dresser that came from a smoker's house and after many months of airing it out, the cigarette smoke smell still lingered. Dropped it off at Servepro where it spent some time in their ozonater and just picked it up yesterday. No more smoke smell!

The cleaning crew was on time, prepared, professional, and had all the materials and personal protective equipment and know how to get the job done safely.
