I manage some apartments for my family in the Santa Cruz area. Several weeks ago we had a water leak late on a Saturday night and I needed help right away to get the damage under control and get the place dried out.
This was not an easy task, the tenant was a bit of a hoarder and it was a very difficult job to work on.
From Beginning to end the staff at SERVPRO of Santa Cruz were courteous, professional and just got the job done. They helped with all the insurance company paperwork and helped me to get the place dried out and cleaned up. The foreman was particularly helpful. I would recommend them for any size fire or water damage clean up.
Your crew are not only expedient with their endeavors but very polite and courteous. Great job by them. Thanks again.
