I had bought a cool vintage dresser that came from a smoker's house and after many months of airing it out, the cigarette smoke smell still lingered. Dropped it off at SERVPRO where it spent some time in their ozonater and just picked it up yesterday. No more smoke smell!

I reached out to SERVPRO via their website and asked for help. This was on a holiday evening (late at night) and by 7 AM the next morning I had a response from the SERVPRO team!! Wow.....that was fast service I thought. It got better!!
I worked with multiple SERVPRO office staff members for the next several hours and by 10:30 AM I was meeting their cleaning staff at my offices to get started. The cleaning crew was on time, prepared, professional, and had all the materials and personal protective equipment and know how to get the job done safely.
I was down only one day because SERVPRO came in and saved the day. I don't write reviews; this is my first one ever. That's how good they were.
We had a leak in our bathroom that started the night of the lightning storms that sparked the CZU fires. SERVPRO was on the job quickly and very diligent in checking their equipment every day and adjusting things to dry out the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet, hallway hardwood floors, and drywall in 3 different rooms. They were easy to work with when we had to evacuate, and back on the job when we returned.

Recently, SERVPRO West Coast provided me with smoke damage remediation services from the CZU Lightning Complex Fire.
From scheduling to answering questions and helping me understand the work to be done and how to prepare, through confusing issues relating to insurance, they have been extremely helpful and had a sense of the stress I was under dealing with being displaced, insurance, non-potable water, etc.
SERVPRO Westcoast went far beyond any expectation I might have of a remediation company, the way they treated me was warm and caring as if they were taking care of me as well as my house.
Nerves frayed and not knowledgeable, I was nervous, apprehensive, and unsure of how to proceed in the three-party relationship between me, my Insurance Company, and SERVPRO Westcoast. SERVPRO Westcoast helped me navigate through the issues of recovery from the smoke damage.
No matter who I spoke with, what questions I had and sometimes I was, well, let's just say challenging, the SERVPRO Westcoast team was kind and genuinely caring.
I found all the staff members eager to help and beyond professional and were absolutely wonderful! When the task force arrived at my house to commence work, I asked if I could stay with which they had no problem. The task force lead asked of any specific things they should be aware of before starting to renew my house and bring my home back to me, I shared a few things with them, and they went to work their magic!

Being far from Capitola made it difficult to keep informed. Tony & Vince were great at explain things to us by phone and keeping us posted in general, but I'd love more communication/information to be available about the job on a web portal. Pictures, work performed, recommendations, etc. would be very helpful.
