A sewer backed up into our condominium’s central utility building and contaminated the walls, floor and critical equipment including water pipes and valves. This resulted in the shutdown of six units, three of which are expecting weekend guests. We called ServPro on the recommendation of our plumber and explained the urgency of the situation to Eric, their Project Estimator. He checked with Barry, part owner and Restoration Technician, who had several jobs lined up. Given our predicament, however, he made time for us and was on the job in two days. Thanks to ServPro our weekend plans are back on track.

We were so thankful to Josh, Tony, Tristan, Jason, Eric and Jordan for their fast and efficient response to our office flooding. They took a very overwhelming situation for us and walked us through the process with such reliable professionalism.

Our home flooded back in April with the monsoon rains & storms. Servpro was able to come quickly and efficiently help us get the water out of our finished basement. Afterwards, we had some issues with billing & difference in pricing which I was quite upset about and was debating on giving a poorer review. HOWEVER talk about a company that went above and beyond to make it right. Logan was absolutely amazing and really helped get everything squared away correctly. Highly recommend them because of great service all around and also because they are a company that can admit and correct a wrong.

Eric was very helpful through the last storm that came past my house. I ended up doing the work myself, but it was amazing and very detailed with everything that he gave me that I needed to do once I knew that I couldn’t do an insurance claim he helped me through the whole process definitely a great guy.

Within a few hours of my phone calk, Eric was here assessing what needed to be done. The next day Jordan arrived promptly, and he and Eric worked all day moving furniture and removing soaked carpet and padding. They brought in fans and dehumidifiers that worked perfectly to dry out the rec room. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work!

I was very impressed with Eric, who came and assessed the scope of the work in a professional and timely manner. To Shawn, Tomas and crew who demonstrated professionalism and quality work during my water restoration. They kept me informed on exactly what was happening and reached out to me if anything unexpected came along. I would highly recommend Servpro. Steve R.
